JOURNEY THROUGH COLLEGE

I'm an alumni of Cornish College of The Arts located in Seattle, Washington. I graduated from Cornish in May of 2025 with a BFA in Animation. I did this college thing for four dang years and I'd like to think I got a lot done during my time.

Recent Work (2024)

As a senior my main focus was on my thesis, a short film titled "Rockstar Hero." A good deal of the work in this section is related to this short. I greatly enjoyed this project, especially the pre-productive work. I found my strengths are in concept art and story. My favorite part of the project was putting together the Pitch Bible.

Junior Year of College (2023-2024)

Strangely, I don't think I fully had my footing until I reached junior year. This is when I was truly able to indulge in my passions for filmmaking and character design. Out of all my projects this year, my most prolific was "Same Man I Was Before," a short film inspired by the Oingo Boingo song of the same title. The film is uploaded on my Youtube with a modest 19k views and counting.

Sophomore Year of College (2022-2023)

Sophomore year was when I started to get more into the preproduction process, specifically writing. Out of everything I did sophomore year my favorite projects were the comics I wrote and illustrated. Additionally, sophomore year was when I started learning Blender. I compiled a reel of my animation work from that year, most of which was done in Blender.

Freshman Year of College (2021-2022)

Freshman year of college was when I experimented a lot with different styles of filmmaking and animation before I really found my groove. My biggest project of that year was "The Mister Peepee Show," a crude and vulgar short film that was featured in the Silver Screaming film festival the following October.
